12 Months Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing-related defects including:

  • Structural defects in solid wood frames

  • Manufacturing faults in joints and fittings

  • Hardware defects (hinges, sliders, handles – where applicable)

  • Wood cracking caused due to production issues

  • Defects that affect product functionality

Warranty period starts from the date of successful delivery.


What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Natural color variations and wood grain patterns

  • Damage caused by moisture, water exposure, or humidity

  • Sunlight fading or heat damage

  • Scratches, dents, or marks after delivery

  • Damage caused by mishandling, relocation, or third-party installation

  • Unauthorized repairs or product modifications


Product Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the product carefully at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage or issue must be reported immediately to our delivery team or customer support.
