Questions before you buy

Can I check the furniture before I pay?

Yes. Choose card on delivery or cash on delivery at checkout. Our team delivers to your door, you check the piece in person, and you pay only when you are happy with it. If it is not what you expected, tell the delivery team before you pay.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card on delivery, cash on delivery, instalments with Tabby or Tamara, and card payment online at checkout.

Is delivery free across the UAE?

Yes. Delivery is free across the UAE with no minimum order, and most orders arrive in 3–4 days. Free delivery covers the first delivery attempt.

Is assembly included?

Yes. Assembly is free.

Is your furniture solid wood?

Our wooden furniture is made from solid mango, acacia, rosewood (sheesham) or teak and handcrafted in India, not MDF or veneer. Each product page lists its wood and finish.

What if I change my mind after delivery?

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 72 hours of delivery if the item is unused and undamaged; the customer pays the return delivery charge. Defective or damaged items are collected free of charge. Returns policy.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. A 12-month warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects in the wood and construction. It does not cover fabric, colour, cushions, padding or other upholstery, normal colour change, or wear from regular use. Warranty policy.
