At Opel Home Furniture L.L.C-FZ, we are dedicated to delivering premium quality solid wood furniture across the UAE. To ensure complete customer satisfaction and confidence in our products, we proudly provide a 12-Month Manufacturing Warranty on all eligible items.

12 Months Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers the wood and the manufacture of the product — specifically, manufacturing and workmanship defects including:

  • Structural defects in solid wood frames

  • Manufacturing faults in joints and fittings

  • Hardware defects (hinges, sliders, handles – where applicable)

  • Wood cracking caused due to production issues

  • Defects that affect product functionality

Warranty period starts from the date of successful delivery.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty applies to the wood and to manufacturing or workmanship defects only. It does not apply to:

  • Fabric, colour, cushions, padding, or any other upholstery-related material

  • Normal colour change, or any issue caused by regular use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Natural colour variations and wood grain patterns

  • Damage caused by moisture, water exposure, or humidity

  • Sunlight fading or heat damage

  • Scratches, dents, or marks after delivery

  • Damage caused by mishandling, relocation, or third-party installation

  • Unauthorized repairs or product modifications

Product Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the product carefully at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage or issue must be reported to our delivery team or customer support within 72 hours of delivery.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Share clear photos or videos of the issue

  2. Provide your order number and purchase details

  3. Our support team will review the case

  4. Once approved, we will arrange repair or replacement as applicable
