I Just Placed an Order – When Will It Be Delivered?

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time mentioned on the product page. However, the actual delivery date may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor the most accurate delivery status.

Please note:

  • Your order may arrive in multiple shipments (1–2 batches).
  • If you receive only part of your order initially, the remaining items will be delivered separately with another tracking update.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team within 10 days of the order date.


I Entered an Incorrect Address

If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.

My Item Arrived Damaged

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

My Item Fell & Got Damaged

Opelhome is not responsible for damages that occur after delivery due to misuse, accidents, or handling.

We only provide replacements/refunds for items that are:

  • Delivered damaged
  • Reported within the same day of delivery
