Delivery Schedule
At Opel Home, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner.

Delivery Area:
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Standard Delivery:
Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–4 working days for most UAE locations, and up to 5 working days for some areas. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, location, and logistics conditions.

Free Delivery & Assembly:
Delivery and assembly are free across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain — with no minimum order value. Free delivery covers the first delivery attempt at your shipping address. Where a building has no service lift, delivery is made to the ground floor.

Please note that additional charges may apply for urgent delivery services, and availability is subject to confirmation.
We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering your order as smoothly and promptly as possible.

Returns:
You can report an issue and request a return within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order — including a change-of-mind return, provided the product has not been used or damaged. If a product is defective or damaged, Opel Home covers the return transport cost; for a change-of-mind return the return delivery charge is payable by the customer. Warranty:
All eligible products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects from the date of delivery. See our Warranty Policy for what is and is not covered.
