If there is any issue related to the wood, it will be covered under warranty. However, the upholstery, fabric, or product color are not covered, as these depend on customer usage.

If there are pets or animals at home that cause any damage to the furniture, such damages are not included in the warranty.

In case a product gets damaged due to customer mishandling, we can repair it, but pickup, delivery, and service charges will apply.

Every product also comes with a 12-month full replacement guarantee, while the overall warranty period remains 18 months.
